Does my web site need improvement?

It depends on what your goals are for the web site, and how close you are to achieveing them. We offer a free web site analysis that will give you an idea of where your site could use improvement.

How do I know which services I need?

Our web site analysis will provide an assessment of where your site could benefit from our services. Based on the findings of the site analysis, we will recommend the appropriate service where needed.

Why don't you have prices listed for your services?

Given the specific and varied needs of each prospective client, one 'flat rate' price can not be applied to our services. We provide a price quote based on the services that our individual clients require.

What do you charge to design a web site?

The resources required to build a web site vary substantially from one project to the next. As such, it would be impossible to quote a price without knowing the scope of the project. Complete our web design quote request and we will get back to you with a quote promptly.

I need a web site for my business / professional service but I am very busy and don't know where to begin. Can you help?

Yes. We are a full service "total web solutions" company. We can handle every step of the process for you, from domain registration and hosting to business directory submission and much more.

What if I retain your services to design a web site and I don't like how it looks?

Once we are hired to build a site, we consult with our clients thoroughly in order to understand their vision. We also provide multiple revisions during the design process to make sure the project is progressing in line with their vision.

I am interested in an all Flash web site. Can you build one for me?

No. The fundamental goal of our business is to design, optimize and market our clients' web sites successfully in order to generate quality web traffc and ultimately increase conversions. Flash programming is 'invisible' to search engines and thereby very counterproductive to internet marketing.

I am interested in a table-less, CSS website. Can you help?

Yes. Web sites built using CSS for layout are more search engine friendly and, generally speaking, our preferred format for building web sites. However, there are situations where our clients prefer traditional table based web sites and we are happy to accomodate them as well.

I have a company web site with very little content. I know a lot about my business but I don't write very well. Can you help?

Yes. We offer content copywriting services for any topic. Services include new content creation and expansion on current content.

What is SEO?

Search Engine Optimization, or (SEO), is the process of configuring your web site so that it ranks well for specific keywords within the organic search engine results pages, or (SERP) of major search engines, such as Google, Yahoo, and MSN.

Do I need SEO services?

It depends on what your goals are for your web site, and how close you are to achieving them. Most web sites tend to be designed for visual appeal alone and often lack the substantial content that search engines need to award high rankings. We offer a free site assessment that will determine your web site's specific needs.

When should I start optimizing my business web site?

Ideally, SEO should be implemented into a web site's design from the very beginning, allowing all of the elements of the optimization process to be integrated into the site from the ground up.

My company already has a web site that is not performing well in the search engines. Is it too late for SEO?

No, in most cases, it's not. The majority of sites will benefit from basic optimization. In some cases, however, a newly created, search engine optimized website might be more cost-effective than a retroactive optimization.

Will I see reults as soon as you are done optimizing my site?

No, not immediately. It takes time for search engine robots to index the pages of your web site. Avoid misleading claims by so called SEO experts who guarantee results overnight.

What if the keywords for my business are very competitive?

We use multiple tools and various strategies to determine the best keywords for your campaign. We maintain a careful balance of general, highly searched keywords with less competitive terms that are more specific to your business.

Are search engine rankings guaranteed?

No quantitative guarantees are made regarding search engine placement. In other words, we can not specifically guarantee a first result placement on Google, as competition for some keywords is very high. Our promise to our clients is that of a significant increase in search engine placement rankings.

What is SEM?

Search Engine Marketing, or (SEM), is the promotion of a web site to improve it's rank within search engine results using various strategies icluding Internet Branding, Link Building, Pay Per Click Advertising, or a combination of these and other search engine-related activities.

Do I need SEM for my web site?

It depends on what your goals for the web site are and how close you are to achieving them. Any web site that does not get adequate internet traffic would benefit from search engine marketing.

Will the results of SEM be evident immediately?

No. Search engine marketing is an ongoing process and is the most "long term" phase of an internet marketing plan. It takes time to create content that will interest viewers and establish your online identity.

How long does SEM take?

We recommend at least a 6 month term with any of our recurring search engine marketing services, although it may take longer to achieve your specific goals.

How do I know that SEM is working for my web site?

We offer analytical tools and periodic reports that provide you with statistical information about your web traffic.
