Business Ethics - Building Relationships by Doing Good Business

When you choose an SEO company you are putting the future of your business in someone else's hands. Increased competition for internet visibilty has spurred the emergence of many self proclaimed SEO experts who use unethical business practices to achieve fleeting reults at best. The use of these "Black Hat SEO" techniques are very detrimental to any internet marketing campaign and can carry significant penalties as well. At Zizinya, we adhere to a strict code of ethics and employ only legitimate, ethical, "White Hat" practices to naturally build your popularity within the search engines.
Business Code of Ethics
We believe that our prospective clients have the right to know how we do business before retaining us for SEO services. As such, we have published our business code of ethics below.
Zizinya and its employees, collectively referred to as "we," will, at all times, comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations, as well as any and all guidelines set forth by search engine administrators for recommendations on compliant seo practice.
Zizinya will not condone the activities of employees who achieve results through violation of the law or unethical business tactics.
More specifically,
We will not:
Engage in any practices to intentionally harm a client or a competitor. Such practices includes any act liable to result in the temporary or permanent banning of a client's web site from any or all of the search engines and the intentional interference with a competitor's web site in order to advance the rank position of a clients web site.
We will not:
Engage in activities that are in direct violation of a search engine’s published guidelines. This includes compliance with new guidelines as they develop. It is our responsibility to remain current with with new specifications as they are released.
We will not:
Intentionally compromise the confidentiality or privacy of the client. This includes sensitive materials such as logins, passwords, documents, business statistics, traffic statistics, etc. Specific guidelines are detailed in our service contract.
We will not:
Deliberately violate any local, state or federal laws. This involves the intentional and continued violation of trademark, copyright or any other laws related to spamming as they may exist at various levels.
We will not:
Deliberately mislead, harm, or offend a consumer. This includes tactics maliciously designed to bait traffic to the site, or misleading a visitor into believe the site content deals with something that it does not.
We will not:
Falsely represent others work as our own. This includes all references to other websites including links, images, text or verbal references.
We will not:
Misrepresent our abilities, education, success rates, certifications, performance, or affiliations. This includes specific timeline quotes, performance history, general knowledge, specific expertise and client lists. Guarantees will be limited to items over which the SEO practitioner has reasonable control.
We will not:
Begin services for multiple clients with conflicts of interest without notice to all parties involved. This involves providing preferential services to one client over another for competing keywords for personal gain. Every client will receive the best effort we have to offer in their search engine optimization campaign.
